ISM Helpdesk is a monitoring app that has been designed to help ease out the day to day activities of ISM EduTech students studying abroad and resolve any issue that might arise by allowing easy registration of the concerns. ISM Helpdesk has been created to resolve the issues faster than the traditional way opted in medical universities. This app will permit direct communication between managers and students and will be under the direct supervision of the management.
There are different categories where a student can register his/her issues and they have been mentioned below.

2. Mess
3. Education
4. Fees
Each of these departments will be handled separately by different managers allowing smooth processing of each complaint filed by the students.
